You can have lunch and dinner 365 days a year at the prestigious Hidalgo Restaurant à la Carte. We also offer a seasonally changing tasting menu with 5 courses. With over 35 years of tradition, the Hidalgo restaurant is known for its 900 °C specialties. Whether fish or meat, here, the hearts of grill fans beat faster. As a grill restaurant, we also offer a wide range of Mediterranean antipasti and hot appetizers, with risotto dishes, homemade pasta dishes and at the end, we pamper your palate with heavenly desserts from our patisserie.

Hidalgo Beef Tasting

The Hidalgo Beef Tasting in our new "restaurant in the restaurant" is a unique experience for all meat lovers, the restaurant for Kobe Beef and Wagyu friends in Japanese-Mediterranean style.

In the Hidalgo Beef Tasting, you taste exclusive varieties of meats on a plate: the most tender and most expensive meat in the world, Kobe and Wagyu Beef from Japan, and brand new: the first Wagyu from South Tyrol from Oberweidacherhof in Ritten, in-house refined South Tyrol Kovieh Dry Aged Beef, New Zealand Ocean Beef, as well as American and Argentine Black Angus Beef. We serve our Mediterranean Hidalgo antipasti and classic appetizers before the highlight of the meat comparison tasting.
